Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in driving store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages. Recruit and develop Associates, mentor team, implement action plans for projects and company initiatives, contribute to succession planning, and coordinate loss prevention and operational programs to improve store layout and efficiency. Maintain strong leadership, coaching, and communication to deliver a positive customer experience and meet targets. Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience required; criminal record check for candidates aged 18+; internal TJX processes require applying via Jobs Hub in Workday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
