Job Summary
Oversee Maplefields Store operations in the absence of a manager, assisting the Store Manager with daily activities, recruiting, hiring, and training sales associates. Monitor cash drawers, complete financial bookkeeping, and provide shift coverage throughout the business day. Implement daily operating procedures to ensure the store remains clean, well-stocked, and organized while enforcing vendor policies and safety protocols. Manage merchandise displays, process price changes, and ensure all environmental procedures and incident reports are followed. Work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday with flexible scheduling based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- This work week is Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday
- This position requires limited self- provided transportation for business functions
