Job Summary
Oversee Maplefields Store operations in the absence of a manager, assisting the Store Manager with daily activities and staff training. Recruit, hire, and train individuals to deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating all convenience store functions. Monitor cash drawers, complete financial bookkeeping, and provide shift coverage as needed. Enforce daily operating procedures to maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and safety compliance, including vendor policies and environmental spill response. Communicate price changes, promotions, and signage updates from corporate, and ensure all incident reports are filed clearly following company protocols. Full-time role with 40-hour weeks, paid vacation, health benefits, and 401k. Flexible schedules based on business needs.
