Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in effectively managing the store by enhancing sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring actions to achieve sales objectives, analyzing management indicators, implementing merchandising standards, managing inventory to maximize sales, recruiting and training new employees, and motivating the team. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in retail management, is sales-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
