Job Summary

As Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Malvern Salvos Stores, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations by supporting sales, stock management, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will support the Store Manager to achieve sales and surplus targets, help manage stock flow, pricing and merchandising, provide training and guidance to employees and volunteers, and lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You’ll promote a strong safety culture with WHS compliance and contribute to building strong connections with the local community. The role is permanent and full-time, located in Malvern, VIC.
