Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, recruit and train direct reports, manage cash controls and asset protection, coach a customer-service-focused team, oversee merchandise flow and inventory to maximize donations and sales, plan and organize employee work schedules, ensure fresh merchandise presents on the sales floor, support production setup and material handling, partner with Talent Acquisition and Store Manager to build the team, foster a collaborative environment through coaching and training, communicate effectively with internal and external audiences, audit and train on workplace safety and loss prevention, analyze reports for process improvement, and perform Store Manager duties in their absence. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressively responsible retail supervisory experience.
- High school diploma, post-secondary courses or degree preferred.
