Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and Optometrist in delivering a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense. Own the store for two days a week, lead the team, drive performance, manage the appointment book, and coach staff to deliver consistently high service. A strong focus on creating great customer experiences, sales achievement, and leadership development within a retail optics environment. In-person role based in North Ryde, NSD, Australia with opportunities for internal promotion and growth as the ANZ expansion continues.
