Job Summary
Monitor and manage all store areas and team members to drive KPI achievement and deliver excellent customer service. Assume full responsibility for store operations and team tasks when the Store Manager is absent. Support recruitment, staff planning, and performance measurement while implementing customer-centric procedures and policies. Build awareness of competitors and local markets by sharing findings with the Area Manager. Act as an inspirational role model to lead, motivate, and train staff through active supervision. Drive the team to achieve location performance targets and maintain a loyal customer base.
