Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leads store team by developing staff and executing strategies to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. Assists in driving sales growth, coaches and trains team members, oversees daily operations to maintain high standards, and acts in the store manager or assistant store manager's absence. Must be able to coach, mentor, and motivate staff and follow store policies; heavy lifting up to 40 lbs. Located in Vaughan, Ontario at Vaughan Mills Outlet; full-time role with a pay range based on local standards ($19.50–$32.50/hour).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years retail leadership experience
- proven skills in coaching and training
- ability to handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs
