Job Summary
Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing shifts, while coaching team members and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control to minimize waste, and execute merchandising programs and displays accurately. Establish partnerships with external vendors to maximize sales and profitability, and address customer complaints to maintain high service standards. Track key performance metrics such as sales, labor, and margins to support data-driven decisions. Assist with scheduling, basic facility maintenance, and other duties as assigned. This role requires a fast-paced environment and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years Management/leadership experience supervising others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in scheduling, merchandising; budgeting and expense control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective oral and written communication
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must Adhere to a uniform dress code
- Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift, and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, twist, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to work in varying conditions including coolers, freezers, outdoors, delivery trucks
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Retail or grocery experience strongly preferred
