Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, assist in leading day-to-day store operations, drive team performance, customer experience, and overall store success. Work with the Store Manager and leadership to create a high-performing, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include leadership & team development (recruiting, training, coaching), delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory and merchandising, overseeing daily operations, monitoring KPIs and profitability, executing promotions, ensuring safety and compliance, and fostering a positive, high-energy store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management or assistant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems (Paladin experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and operational skills
