As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee store operations and merchandising, providing exceptional customer service while coaching and developing associates. You will lead pricing activities and support loss prevention efforts while managing the training processes for new hires. Successful candidates demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, have experience supervising teams, and possess a flexible availability to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising teams or associates
- Great verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position
