Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager/Key Carrier at Roses/Roses Express, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with hiring and training of team members, performing opening and closing procedures, managing freight flow, and ensuring all company policies and safety guidelines are followed. The position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to lift merchandise and work in a high-energy team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
