Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in maintaining focus on achieving sales and profit projections, developing team members through training and evaluation, and recruiting/selecting staff; enforce company policies and procedures; deliver a superior customer experience; opportunity for advancement through internal training programs and career development; strong emphasis on integrity, diversity and teamwork; requires at least one year of retail experience, knowledge of POS terminals, basic computer skills, and willingness to work days, nights and weekends. This role is based at Kay Jewelers in Woodlands Mall and supports a high standard of customer service and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
