Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections; contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members; enforce all company policies and procedures; participate in training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development; provide superior customer experience, mentorship, and leadership to store team; benefit from a comprehensive Total Rewards package including base pay with commission, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation/holidays, tuition reimbursement, and career development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
