Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contribute to customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members; follow and enforce policies and procedures; perform operational and strategic duties; participate in training programs and promotions from within; work with integrity, diversity, teamwork and opportunities for advancement. Must have retail experience, POS knowledge, basic computer skills, and availability to work days, nights, and weekends. The role involves leading a team in a jewelry retail environment and driving a superior customer experience, with growth opportunities within Signet/Jay Jewelers.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience is required
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
