Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contribute to total customer satisfaction, develop team members through training and evaluation, and participate in recruiting and selection. Role involves following and enforcing company policies, executing operational and strategic duties, and supporting training systems to advance to management opportunities. Base pay with commission on sales and a benefits package are included in the program for full-time team members. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience is required
- preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners
- using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
