Job Summary
Supervise daily store operations ensuring safety, service quality, and compliance while managing inventory, invoices, and cash reports. Support team training, development, and scheduling through coaching on best practices and performance management. Handle front counter service, address emerging issues, and partner with the Store Manager to implement plans and meet targets. Contribute to hiring, seasonal planning, and staff performance management while promoting a respectful, results-driven culture. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive customer relationships
