Job Summary
Assist the store manager in daily store operations, including cash register duties, stock replenishment, and display setup. Lead the team by planning information meetings and ensuring everyone understands daily tasks. Provide direct customer service through consulting, assistance, and support. Optimize store processes, identify areas for improvement, and maintain an overview of sales results. Work a 35-hour week with flexible hours, including at least one weekend day.
