Job Summary
Lead a Design Advisors team to drive sales and deliver an authentic customer experience at Joss & Main Burlington. Responsibilities include coaching, performance development, scheduling and floor management as MOD, stockroom organization and omni-channel fulfillment, utilizing sales analytics to grow store profitability, leading visual merchandising tasks (floorset changes, signage, lighting), analyzing store results to coach for KPI improvements, and ensuring clear communication to boost team engagement and customer service. The role requires 3+ years of leadership experience, ability to grow a client base, a client-centric mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interior design/home goods experience is preferred. You must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience involving motivating a team to achieve sales goals
- Experience establishing and maintaining a client base
- Client centric mindset and strong business acumen
- Interior design, furniture or home goods experience preferred

- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others
- Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule to include morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week
- Physical requirements: ability to stand/walk/have vision requirements and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
