Job Summary
Lead store team to achieve sales and service goals by modeling and coaching, driving guest satisfaction, and building a strong merchandising and presentation strategy. Partner with the Store Manager to supervise and develop Retail Team Members, coach for growth, analyze reports to identify opportunities, and ensure smooth store operations while delivering world-class guest experiences. Responsible for onboarding, training, and maintaining a culture of collaboration, leadership, and aloha-inspired service; drive execution of sales plans and business analysis to optimize performance and guest outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail experience
- 2+ years management team supervision experience
- exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts
- coaching and developing a team
- College Degree in Business or a related degree
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
