Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Tommy Bahama leads by example in store leadership, coaching a retail team to achieve sales plans and deliver world-class guest service. Responsibilities include building sales through merchandising and analysis, communicating objectives, onboarding and developing team members, setting performance expectations, and maintaining an environment aligned with the brand’s aloha lifestyle. Requires 3+ years retail experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, exposure to merchandising/visual concepts, coaching ability, and a College Degree in Business or related field. Ability to lift up to ~50 pounds, work varied hours including nights/weekends/holidays, and manage store operations to support business goals.
