Job Summary
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, supervise and develop hourly staff, monitor cash handling and inventory, perform banking/payroll/administrative duties, ensure store compliance with safety/environmental guidelines, coordinate gasoline deliveries, drive promotional initiatives, and uphold guest service standards; must be available for flexible hours including days/nights/weekends/holidays, with 1-2 years supervisory experience and a high school diploma; pay range $17.37-$20.37 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate, count, read, and write
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Must have access to all areas of the store
