Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leads a team to deliver Legendary Customer Service and drive sales/advice in TD Bank’s store environment. Responsible for day-to-day service, sales, and operational objectives, coaching colleagues, overseeing advisory activities, ensuring compliance, and leveraging financial knowledge to provide end-to-end customer solutions across banking products. Must manage teller/platform operations, lead performance objectives, grow customer relationships through proactive outreach, and align with TD’s community and brand commitments. Education and experience emphasize an undergraduate degree and prior supervisory/sales experience; Notary license and NMLS familiarity are noted as preferred or regulatory considerations. The role includes leadership in local market knowledge and community engagement, with a focus on delivering a personalized, connected customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Notary License (Preferred)
- Active NMLS registration (preferred)
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge for banking/mortgage
