Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager for JD Sports Store in My Mall Limassol. Drive exceptional customer service, sustain client relationships, and lead a store team to meet KPIs. Responsibilities include coaching and developing colleagues, coordinating training and ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating with Marketing/VM/Commercial to boost customer retention, conducting visual merchandising updates, and maintaining a safe, productive store environment. Ability to recruit and attract talent, communicate effectively in English, and utilize MS Office to analyze reports and support decision-making. Passion for sports and fashion with a drive to foster entrepreneurial and team-oriented store culture.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)
- Excellent use of English language and computer skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills and business orientation
- Excellent communicator, with a positive, open and progressive, energetic, motivating, personal style
- Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Passion for sports and fashion
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
