Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences by coaching and motivating the team while driving sales and achieving key KPIs. Maintain operational excellence through scheduling, inventory management, and evaluating employee performance. Train associates to provide outrageous community experiences, ensuring high product knowledge and visual merchandising standards. Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership to support key initiatives and grow the business through community outreach. This full-time role at JD Sports Canada requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on streetwear culture and inclusive team development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
