Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences by coaching the team, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance to ensure operational excellence. Generate business results by achieving key KPIs while acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Train and grow associates focused on delivering outrageous experiences through product knowledge and feedback. Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. Maintain awareness of current product trends and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
