Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Galleries D'Anjou (QC) focused on delivering excellent customer experience and developing the team. Responsibilities include coaching and motivating staff, driving sales, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and customer satisfaction, training and growing a team, achieving KPIs, handling sales, merchandising, visuals and operations, acting as a liaison between customers, sales associates and store leadership, keeping current on product knowledge and trends, fostering an inclusive work environment, supporting initiatives with the Store Manager, and pursuing community outreach. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years retail experience, passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, experience supervising and coaching, strong analytical and financial skills, adaptability in a fast-moving omni-channel environment, high ethics and integrity, and flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays). Pay type is Salary. Remote option is in-person.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
