Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experience through coaching, motivating the team, and ensuring high product knowledge to drive sales and achieve key KPIs. Maintain operational excellence by managing scheduling, inventory, and employee performance while acting as a partner between customers, associates, and store leadership. Support the Store Manager on initiatives, lead community outreach, and foster an inclusive work environment. Requires minimum two years of retail experience, supervisory skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join the growing JD Sports Canada team at the Sevenoaks location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
