Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in daily store operations, driving KPI attainment, leading a team to deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences, implementing merchandising and visual strategies, coaching staff, recruiting for dynamic teams, and maintaining a positive, inclusive store environment. Key duties include achieving sales objectives, developing action plans, leveraging in-store and omni selling to meet hourly/daily/weekly goals, training and developing employees, ensuring effective visual merchandising and floor layouts, utilizing tools to enhance the customer experience, and adapting to change to grow the business. The role requires leadership, authenticity, strong communication, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience (preferred)
