Job Summary
Support the General Manager in managing daily store operations to meet KPIs, while developing action plans to achieve sales and profit objectives. Lead the team by coaching staff on selling opportunities, implementing merchandising strategies, and creating tailored training plans to enhance employee skills. Build a positive work environment that fosters diversity and inclusivity, while networking and recruiting to support future business needs. Monitor customer experience, utilize store resources, and hold others accountable for exceeding hourly, daily, and weekly goals. Thrive in change, generate ideas for business growth, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise up to 40 pounds. Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years retail sales experience
- management experience
- Experienced leadership
- demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding sales and profits
- Training skills
- Experience implementing merchandising strategies
- Experience changing visual sets
- Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 40 pounds
- Be at least 18 years old
- Available when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to our peak business periods such as the holiday season
