Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager role by developing a strong partnership with the Store Manager, prioritizing customer service and team leadership. Coach and train team members on assigned tasks while assisting with daily paperwork, inventory control, and store maintenance. Ensure team member accountability and uphold high standards in this challenging, fast-paced environment across locations ranging from convenience stores to truck stops. Requires a physically able candidate to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods on feet, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
