Job Summary
Lead store operations by acting as a role model, managing inventory, leading floor sets, and upholding visual merchandising standards. Analyze sales trends, set goals, and execute strategies to meet targets while supporting the Store Manager. Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and celebrating individual success. Maintain deep product knowledge to provide personalized styling recommendations and support community engagement initiatives. Navigate communication settings across organizational levels and address challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Women's Specialty Retail experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven ability to support and develop high-performing teams
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans
- Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing/pulling and maneuvering around store, hang/fold merchandise, ladder climbing, operate POS registers and other company mobile devices, occasionally operate trash compactor (where applicable), occasionally use a hand truck, lift and carry up to 30lbs, and ability to joint/team lift
