Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Crocs, IOI Puchong. Lead the store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences, drive sales, and support daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stockroom management, inventory control, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness. Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager, coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion. Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of current product collaborations and initiatives to elevate customer connection. Enforce Crocs policies (Asset Protection, shortage prevention, etc.) and model best practices to drive sales performance and KPIs. Requires 2-3 years retail experience with leadership preference, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license if driving is essential. In-office requirements vary by persona (Resident 5 days in office; role aligned to Resident).
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
