Job Summary
Lead store operations by motivating large teams, interpreting data, and responding swiftly to changing business demands. Manage expectations, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain store productivity while adapting to challenging situations under pressure. Collaborate effectively across all levels to foster a positive work culture and identify opportunities to enhance team performance. Utilize data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI to track performance and support strategic planning and budgeting. Requires 100% onsite commitment to a fixed night shift schedule with two days off. Offers 5 SL credits, 10 VL credits, HMO, and group life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 100% okay with being on a fixed night shift schedule in any of the aforementioned store locations
- Experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Pace Tool, DC Reporting) to track performance and support decision-making and planning
- Has leadership and change management skills with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture
- Able to do financial analysis, store budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Desired Qualifications
- Prior store inventory experience not required
