Job Summary
Assistant Bakery Operations Manager (ABOM) leads bakery operations, focusing on execution, inventory control, staff scheduling, and development of team members. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining strict food safety and guest experience standards while ensuring continuity of operations and readiness to assume BOM responsibilities when needed. Requirements include 1+ year of leadership in fast-paced settings, ability to coach hourly staff, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort with high-volume operations. Salary range offered: $20.00-$22.00 per hour plus benefits. Location: Hartford, CT.
