Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager in Training for Tommy Hilfiger at Birkenhead Point in Sydney. The role focuses on supervising and developing a team to achieve KPI targets, manage stock and visual merchandising, recruit and mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and deliver strong customer service while supporting pathways to a Store Manager position.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
- Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
- Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills
- Ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
