Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by greeting customers, enforcing policies, and managing food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss. Maintain building cleanliness, restock shelving and displays, and prepare daily deposits while assisting in training new employees. Respond to emergencies when the Store Manager is unavailable, operate registers, and help fuel customer cars as needed. Ensure proper sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols are followed, reporting any incidents immediately. Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and in uniform, adhering to company guidelines for a 24/7 operation.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Our stores require open availability to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous leadership experience, with a proven track record of supervising team members in a food service or retail environment
- At least 3 months of customer service experience in a retail
- A valid Driver License and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco and able to work around slot machines (NV only)
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
- Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
