Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, aiming to maximize sales and profitability while minimizing expenses; supervises and develops staff, ensures merchandising and visual standards, coordinates scheduling and payroll, and drives exemplary customer service aligned with the Amaze Every Customer Every Time philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a retail or customer service setting.
