Job Summary
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members; support daily operations; coach and mentor team members; step in for the Store Manager when needed. Support inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance; ensure the store remains clean, well-organized, and meets all safety standards; ensure proper execution of store policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships; assist with community engagement initiatives and outreach efforts. Help ensure the safety of team members, customers, and store property by implementing security protocols and conducting regular safety checks.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- High school diploma required; further education or relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude.
