Job Summary
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members; support daily operations, inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance; coach and mentor team members; step in for the Store Manager when needed; provide exceptional customer service; build and maintain strong relationships; assist with community engagement initiatives and outreach efforts; help ensure the safety of team members, customers, and store property; assist with implementing security protocols and conducting regular safety checks to maintain a secure environment; ensure proper execution of store policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- High school diploma required; further education or relevant experience is a plus.
