Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in leading retail operations, recruiting and training team members, coaching and mentoring staff, and stepping in for the Store Manager as needed. Support inventory management, cash handling, store maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and participate in community engagement initiatives. Ensure proper execution of store policies and procedures and help safeguard team members, customers, and property through vigilant safety practices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- High school diploma required; further education or relevant experience is a plus
