Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in managing and maximizing overall store success by creating a customer-centric environment, achieving sales budgets, delivering consistent store standards, and managing costs. Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence, achieve business objectives, and make the best choices for pets regarding health, nutrition, and wellness products. Build trust with customers and team members while focusing on team engagement and achieving KPIs. This Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role is based at the Petbarn Bunbury store and requires at least two years of experience in high-volume retail management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong retail leadership experience
- At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
- Have strong retail management/ supervision (or similar), with a minimum 1-year experience in management
- Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement
- Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving KPI's
- At least 1 year of similar volume retail store management experience
