Job Summary
Leads and supports store operations as Assistant Store Manager for the Green Bay West location. Oversees donation-to-floor process, drives a customer-centric shopping experience, and partners with Store/Regional Managers on talent management including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and mentoring. Supports achievement of sales and production goals, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, and safety, and ensures standard operating procedures for store presentation, organization, and compliance. Executes marketing/communication strategies, engages with community members, and builds a high-performing team through cross-training and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 4+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
- Ability to travel to other locations is required
