Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day retail operations by supervising staff and community service workers, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales through merchandising and donation processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment while training, motivating, and inspiring team members to achieve store goals and performance standards. Support daily leadership and conflict resolution with strong communication skills, ensuring punctuality and adherence to organizational policies. Requires 6 months to 1 year of retail leadership experience and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

- 6 months – 1 year experience in retail leadership or supervisory
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
