Job Summary
Leads daily sales-floor operations at a Goodwill store in Prescott Valley, overseeing people leadership, store operations, inventory, donation processing, and customer service; ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget; trains and develops Team Members; acts as closing shift/key holder and supports store transfers to meet business needs; may travel to other GCNA locations for coverage and development; requires strong retail management, supervision, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Asset Protection, Human Resources, Safety, and Finance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in Retail Management
- One-year customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
