Job Summary

Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Goodwill retail store in Peoria, AZ, including developing and executing retail operations plans to achieve income and revenue goals, monitoring product levels, managing payroll and operating costs, delivering excellent customer service, de-escalating customer situations, ensuring store cleanliness and brand alignment, partnering with community organizations, and training and developing store team members.
