Assistant Store Manager

Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Goodwill retail store in Peoria, AZ, including developing and executing retail operations plans to achieve income and revenue goals, monitoring product levels, managing payroll and operating costs, delivering excellent customer service, de-escalating customer situations, ensuring store cleanliness and brand alignment, partnering with community organizations, and training and developing store team members. Role requires travel to other GCNA locations for support and training; acts as key holder and backup to Store Manager; responsible for complex sales transactions, compliance with policies, performance management, and driving store culture and values (Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation). Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), at least one year in retail management and customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to pass background checks and drug screening; bilingual or English proficiency preferred.
