Job Summary
Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona retail store, supervising Team Members and driving store performance across operating income, revenue, and production. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll and operating budgets, maintaining inventory and donation processing, delivering excellent customer service, de-escalating customer issues, ensuring store presentation aligns with the Goodwill brand, partnering with community organizations, acting as a store ambassador, serving as a key holder and closing shift manager, handling complex sales transactions, ensuring adherence to company standards, and traveling to support other GCNA locations for training and development. Emphasizes people leadership, training and development, and a focus on community impact, with core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in Retail Management required
- One-year customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
