Assist Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility; supervise staff and community service workers in the absence of the Store Manager. Deliver outstanding customer service, help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing; train, motivate, and inspire team members; maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment; assist with achieving store goals and performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months – 1 year experience in retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
