Job Summary
Lead the team in educating clients on arch support solutions, recommending tailored products, and driving sales to meet or exceed goals. Manage daily operations by fostering a supportive, collaborative culture, leading by example on the sales floor, and ensuring realistic deadlines are met. Work a fluctuating schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with Sunday hours starting at 10 a.m. Initial sales training and certification are provided, along with ongoing comprehensive training on products and industry trends. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience increasing sales by meeting or exceeding goals
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer-facing business
- Ability to work a fluctuating schedule which will require days, evenings, weekends (Both Saturday and Sunday), and some holidays
- Store Hours are Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm Sundays are 10am-6pm
